Hi! I was diagnosed by a chiropractor, friend w/ full body x-rays, and assessment that I have scholiosis. I have been seeing him 2x a week to get adjusted. I have the pain in my lower to mid back. And I have had more pain in the neck, recently. Does anyone agree going to a chiropractor for this? It feels better after the adjustment, but if I miss the pain stays around. Are there any additional methods or over the counter natural inflammatories, etc. that help anyone? I've heard yoga can help. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
