If trachs are being reversed, it can't be a "one solution fits all". My doctor just recommended one for me. Small nasal passages, narrowed airway, and mouth too small to accomodate tongue. I would require 3 surgeries and CPAP is nasal... I think Trachs are still alive and well for apnea....depending on the situation.
