I also suffer from hypoglycemia. I have found that some of the complex carbos that they say to eat...may bother my sugar. I thought that spaghetti would be fine, but then I had a really bad spell with low sugar from it. My friend who is diabetic told me that if you cook your pasta too long it will take the starch out of it. Causing your body to deal with it differently, not to mention the sauces that you use also contain sugar. So you have to be really careful on how you prepare things too. I hope this helps.
