I was just recently diagnosed with this type of melanoma i would like to say that I alot of anxiety with this when i first had this and also have already had the wide local excision surgery, which turned out for the best but mine was 9cm deep into the fasia which almost got into subcutaneous layer.I have had this lesion on my back for a while i couldnt recall how long. I further am going under inferon treatments so it wont come back and what i would like to say would this for one be helpful in the treatment and not let the melonoma come back 2 what are the side affects for this type in later years of my life thankyou michael I
