Hello, I am replying to the person who wrote that their Rosacea was cured - by removing caffeine etc from their food. I have had Rosacea for over 20 years - & in theory do agree that eliminating caffeine would help. However, informed dermatologists 'now' finally realise that Rosacea is a Vessel problem -- Not a Skin problem! ..So, if you simply walk into a warm restaurant for example -- the vessels in your face dilate. They are 'existing' blood vessels... so how does the removal of caffeine stop the warmth of the flush/blush from your face? Removing caffeine might make the vessels less dilated; but they do not go away! Hence: react to the warmth. I have just had 8 laser treatments, costing over $3,000 - and am not sure how much it has actually helped!
