i too have rosacea for many yrs and metro cream did not work for me, i use differing and i also use noritate cream and my face has been doing very well, they say pure aloe vera is good too for he face , i use that since the creams can be a bit drying to your face and i also use neutrogena ( hypocomedgenic products only )for my face. well i hope this has help u somewhat if the metro gel does not work for me.
