did you have an ultra sound from the vaginal area? i had pain and felt like a ball inside and it got painful as the weeks went by and during intercourse, it came ot my attention that when i went in for surgey for hemogenic ( i know its mispelled ) cyst that ended up as endometriosis and it grew enormaouly in 2 weeks, and he also found adheshions to my lower colon and my left overy, the surgery went well and im pain free , cuz anything he would of put me on lupron for up to 6 months and there done by injections every month and its not gurantee to work and not many women respond to it at all so i went with the surgery cuz with that u have side affects with hot flashes and cold spells, severe mood swings etc..im fine now and if ur still having pain seek else where cuz i found blood in my urine and it can travel to your bowels. good luck
