I'm sorry that no-one has replied to you, and I know that feels bad. I have this too. I am withdrawing from life a lot. I am on anti-depressants and seeing a doctor regularly. I can only say that reaching out to friends and others is the best step forward. We can't spend our lives in this boxed up state. Be careful not to get caught up in risk taking behaviour because that can make it worse. Look after yourself and eat well. Try to get to sleep before you get overtired, cause that makes it worse. Breathing deep and long helps. Turn your thoughts to the nice people and experiences in your life. Warm feelings can be helpful in a world that seems so cruel and cold.
