I to have been on amtriptylene for headaches. I have not been able to lose the 20 pounds I gained since I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I gained it in 2 weeks. I have been taking synthroid and have been to the doctor this week because I have severe pain in my muscles and joints. I dont have my blood work back yet but it also feels like flu like symptoms and very fatigued. Are these symptoms of my thyroid not being regulated. I also have my glands swollen on the left side of my neck???? Help???? anna
