How is this diagnosed, by a blood test, or do you have to have tubes, upper GI's and all that kind of torture? Anxious to find out, my son has terrible acne, and is very thin, I'm thinking he may not getting nutrients out of his food, and I saw this syndrome mentioned on an acne website.
