Judy, I too have Pagets, and it effected my back by causing my spinal chord to close down. I had a 5 lumbar laminectomy, it was either that, or become restricted to a wheelchair. I have been taking bi monthly infusions of Aridea and find that that lowers my Alkyline Phosphatis level to around 350 from what was a high of 1300. I live in Southern california and was fortunate enough to attend a lecture by Dr. Singer. It was he who recommended the infusions. Hope this helps.
