this sounds like my 7 year old daughter she uses nasonex it does help but if shes on antibotics she does not cough our ENT thinks she needs her adnoids ouit? nshe can breath out of her nose and my 14 year old son could not plus he does have allergies and sinus problems hes alot better now that his adnoids are gone but takes zyrtec d everyday im thinking my daughters is sinuses not adnoids we go back for a visit to the ENT march 17th
