Hi everyone. I am a 31 year's old and found out about a month ago that my mother has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She is currently in stage 4 and is very weak. Although she tells me her pain level is usually at most a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. Of course she is on chemotherapy 24/7 and takes pain pills 3 times a day as well as pills to help her go to the bathroom. She has lost 15 pounds in about 1 month and is extremely week. I guess my question would be, what do I expect out of the next several months? I know that the outcome is generally not good and I know that. But what changes should I expect to see in my mother? I just need some help in this matter. Anyone?
