I have a son that walked on his tiptoes and he is 9 years old. Then he would complain of his legs hurting him. We took him to this place where the MD sends you when you need special shoes or inserts. They put inserts in his shoes and it is helping his walking. It was so bad that the toes on the bottom of the shoes were the first to wear out. Try getting inserts from a reputable place that deals with things like this.
