Two weeks after my son was born I had an anal abcess drained. It turned into a fistula shortly after, and I have had 7 surgeries attempting to fix it. Although it is getting smaller, and surgeries are getting less involved, I am desperate to find any knowledge or advise on how to get this taken care of. I also have nearly constant vaginal bleeding (and I breastfeed). Could there be any connection?
