I know how you feel. I have had IBS for over four years, but wasnt officially labeled with it until recently. There is no cure and nothing that I have taken seems to help either. Just stick with the foods that do not cause pain. It seems odd for me beacause healthy foods, like fruits and vegies, cause me great pain. But fast food, like McDonalds, do not upset my stomach at all! Ask you doctor for some strong pain killers that are not harsh on the stomach. They at least provide SOME relief.
