I have had IBS for a couple of years now and also found no relief while on medications. I decided to look at my diet and, after eliminating a number of things, found that milk triggers my IBS. I also have a friend who's daughter suffers with this, and she found out that bacon is the culprit in her case. You might want to pay very close attention to what you are eating before you get the cramping and see if you can narrow it down from there. Good Luck!!
