Our son is 19 months old and was born with mild hypospadias. It has been suggested that he needs an operation called a snodgrass procedure. We are unsure whether to proceed at this stage or whether to wait until he is older,if at all. Any comments/advise welcome. We live in the North west of England and have very little information about 'good' consultants in this field. Again any comments/experiences would be welcome.
