i am a 43 year old woman that had a rupture brain aneurysm 5 years ago. they said that it isn't passed down but was more likely in siblings. go figure. my sister was tested but they told me not to worry about my kids. i only had a headache the day it ruptured. my suggestion is to have him get an MRI just to make sure.
