I know how you feel, i am sort of the same way but i can control it. I wake up and i always think about what to eat and if i ate too much should i throw it up. Every once in a while i will throw up, but not all the time. It may sound weird but i am 17 and i am a long distcance runner, and run every day. I am scared of getting fat even though i run and lift weights all the time. i am about 122lbs, but i still think i am fat and that i weigh too much. In the summer i was down to 109lbs bc i wouldnt eat past 3 and would run about 45minutes, and do lots of push ups and sit ups. I work out everyday but im still afraid of food. I know its hard but just dont eat that much and dont think about food or throwing up, try exercising it helps, trust me! Good Luck!
