My husband had abdominal aneurysm surgery Oct/2000. He had one large one repaire just below the renal veins and a small one going to each leg. One month later, he was still feeling lousy, so they did a ct scan and found he has another one, 5cm above the old one and above the renal arteries. Here's where I need help, fast. The surgeon acts like it is nothing and doesn't want to see him for six months. If this new one grew 5 cm in one month, he'll be dead before six months. I'm terrified. We live 2 hours from a major city. Please help. Am I worrying for nothing or should I find a new surgeon. Please email me with your thoughts. Thank You, Kathy
