I would suggest discussing it with a chiropractor and am also curious if allergies or other chronic sinus problems might be related. I have similar symptoms on occasion and often am told that there appears "a little fluid" which seems to be of no concern to them. But a 12 to 24-hour decongestant does wonders, as long as you can take them.
