I too had a c.p.k. blood count elevation. Mine was 280 what was yours? My blood also shows an inherited gene for a rare myopathy. No one in the family have it. I'm the only one disabled with pain and muscle weakness. My e.m.g. was okay too. They suggested a muscle biobsy but never had one. I suffer from d. disk disease, spondylolisthesis, osteoporois, and nerve damage in left leg and severe back pain. I think you should see a neuromuscular specialist or a neuroscientist. Maybe they know of more tests but they are so painful!
