body acne (acne on back, shoulders)

After suffering from Back Acne for the past two years here is my personal diagnoses to the problem.I tried several creams, skin clear, soaps which in my oponion made my condition worse. This was very depressing and no doctor had a clue what to do.I tried several things to reach my back such as scrub brushes.Again this only made my condition worse. So finally i came to think what the problems could be and i finally found in what my opinion the cure to acne on the back and arms. OLD WAY- I would take showers and baths.and immediatly afterwards I would put my shirt on and get dressed without drying my skin properly.I used Zest soap which is one of the worst soaps you can use that would dry and irritate your skin.I would rub the towel against my skin which was an improper way to dry yourself and I also took a bath or shower 2 times daily.I would also try different creams, shower gels, acne creams and again this only made the condition worse... Now-I am please my back and arms are finally rid off with the exception of the odd pimple.I simply (Very Simply) cut from two baths, showers a day to one.I now use Dove soap and with a wash cloth simply lather your skin excessivly and let it sit and stay on your back for approx.5 minutes...once you get out of the tub pat dry your back and do not rub. But, the thing where i also think is a big key.Do not put on your sweater, shirt etc.and let the air dry your back and it will become much more smooth as well as fresher. You putting on a shirt etc.will stick to your back if your back is wet and possibly leaving laundry detergent to make your back irritate and may cause another breakout.let your back skin dry 10 minutes before putting any clothing on.....after this simple things i did my back has gone from 100% horrible and embarrassing to 10% there amd feeling great...this takes time to clear up and took me approx.2 months fading more and more each day if you stick to the plan...i hope i was a help.sorry if i was not.
