I had knee surgery 14 months ago (shredded meniscus-interior). Ever since the surgery I have been complaining of the symptoms describing this syndrome. No doctor or therapist has come out and said to me this is what it is. After reading about this syndrome, my condition fits this to a T. Sometimes the pain is severe, skin hot, blotchy and hot, weakening constantly. I walk along and the knee gives out or locks but more often gives out. The condition they often refer to is chondomalasia patella (spelling somewhat like that). Is this a related condition of this problem?
