I am getting worried. I have re occuring, small purple spots appearing on my penis, they are small and round. They are painless, and occur randomly. It has only happened twice. They look like little birthmarks. I have had no discharge, no pain, and no other problems. My friend tells me it's nothing, but I'm a hypochondriac. If there is anything I can do to get rid of this please tell me. I am not joking around, I am scared, thank you, please reply if you have any information.
