i have had this problem for about 5 years i get sharp pain in both ears somtimes acute dizzy spells but mostly unsteadiness while standing or sitting but seems to steady if im moving when it first started as i recall i had nerve problems my left arm shook uncontolably & when laying in bed my body would jump this only happened for awhile
