Yes,you suffer severe headaches,fever and even aching,flulike symptoms.You may have to get prescription for zpak or levapak along with prednoisone. IT may take a couple of rounds before you feel a differance.Also, what helped me was using a water pik with a nasal irrigator attached.I found the nasal irrigator online at Ethicare. The water pik you can get anywhere. I use a solution of sea salt and vinegar in cool water.Start out with a teaspoon of sea salt and one half teaspoon of vinegar in a quart of water and increase as you tolerate it.
