I had lumbar Discectomy and resection of A-Vistula done last month 10/20/00. I had sharp pains in my left leg and they are all gone now. I do have some tingling in my toes/left foot but that is common with this type of surgery and should go away in time. My question is what is a resection of A-Vistula? My Dr did not explain this to me or I couldn't understand this. Please get back to me with some info on this . Thank you. Betty.....Happy Thanksgiving
