my son is 3 1/2 has had tubes inserted twice 2 adnoidectomys and sinus washing and scraping surgery continues to have sinus infections and snoring now suggest to have a tonsillectomy abnmormally large tonsils will this help the sinus infections, is continuosly on antibiotics since 2 months old
