I was just told that I too have herniated disk don't know which one but I know its in lumbar region I can tell where it hurts. I have appointment with a back Dr. Dec.12th the doctor I went to that told me what was wrong she told me not to be lifting,pushing & heads over my head she also told me that I could go back to work ONLY if I could sit & do my job.. But the job I have calls for me to do all things I can't do ...this Doctor sent me for a MRI & done x-rays....I don't know what I'll do since there isnt a sit down job for me but I'm also afraid of over doing it just with me sitting here my lower back hurts I don't know if I could handle sitting for 8hrs.. I would like for any information I don't know what to expect when I do go to this back Dr.if anyone would please send me any information on what to expect ..I don't know if this has anything to do with whats wrong with my back but my right leg mainly calf area & top of foot feels tingly like its trying to go asleep should I I inform my Dr.soon as possible .... thanks
