Up until now they have accepted the claim on my neck but haven't done anything other than therapy. Then just last week after complaining for months they finally did an MRI on my lower back. I also have a herniated disc L4-L5. I haven't gotten a denial yet for that and most attorneys say that they can't do anything unless there is a denial. But what about if the claim is accepted but nothing is being done? I was hurt 8 months ago Dec. 14. To make matters worse the plant shut down 7 months ago. Thanks for the advice.
