Heather, How is your grandmother doing? My mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on October 25, 2000. She passed away on November 15. She had a billiary tube which came out, we do not know why, but the radiologist could not get it back in. She did not have a stent. She went into a coma on Friday and died peacefully the following Tuesday. She had pain medication and was comfortable. She did throw up frequently and got medication for that also. She was under the care of hospice.
