I'm not going to be of much help with your question, I am more curiouse for as to did you know prior to nine years old that your daughter had problems and you had a difficult time with doctors, therapist and such? My son is five and was diagnosed at 3 with dyspraxia and has been in therapy since 2 1/2 years old and struggle to see what lies ahead of us.
