I was told about 3 months ago that I have Chiari Malformation. I have a few questions: First will the Chiari heal itself? Second does anyone know of a doctor that specializes in Chiari located in Louisiana? Third my doctor does not think surgery is necessary but he is not in my body and does not suffer with the headaches and body pains. Pain relievers does not stop the pain sometimes. How are you supposed to maintain a job and a family(I have two children 12,7)? Fourth has anyone went of disability because of this illness until they are well again? Thanks for listening.
