I thought I was all alone until I read these messages..I have been looking for info on this for 6 months now. Im 29 and was diagnosed this summer with FBD. The only pain I had was right before my periods along with the tenderness.I have cut back on caffene and also take 1000ie of Vitamin E daily. I found one lump and they (Dr) found another in my left breast. I elected to have the two removed simply because I lost my mother at 20 to colon cancer and live in total fear of this! They were benign Thank God! I have found another lump in my right breast/armpit so back to the doctor I go.. thanks for your messages and if anyone has any additional information on this or helpful advice please let me know!Im in dire need of some sound advice!
