My Sister has it. The prednizone has helped to keep in under control so far. She has been unable to life the tiniest thing or lift her arms up for a long time. Doctor called it some big word but I think it is related to the lung sarcoidosis or prednizone. She never had it before. She is doing better right now but hates having to take the prednizone. Good luck! Exercise, eat healthy, & we would like to find an alternative treatment. Rosealee
