I've had all the symtomps you describe except the tingling tongue but have not had a diagnosis. My symptoms started about 6 months after a full hystorectomy and got worse by the day. Taking estrogen helps a lot, but does not eliminate the problem. Multi-vitamins along with B-6 helps, too. I hope this helps out. N
