I'm so very sorry to hear about your daughter. I know how difficult this is for you. I lost my cousin yesterday to the disease. She was 17 and diognosed at the age of 14. She was in the hospital waiting for her bone marrow transplant when she got sick. They could not under go the operation until she was well, but she did not get well. The only thing I know of that they gave her for the pain was morphine. She was also on many other medications. My only advice to you is to get your daughter on a trasplant list asap.
