Dear Barbara, Have you experienced anything traumatic in the past 3 - 4 months? I'm no doctor and it took along time for them to diagnose it in me but - fibromyalgia maybe? Mine was sudden onset but symptoms all like what you mentioned in your post. Ask your neuro about it and seize all opportunities to soak in hot water for 10 min. or so.
