Asperger's Syndrome- Eating Disorder

My son has Asperger's Syndrome and ADD. The list of foods he will eat can practically be counted on the fingers of one hand. He will eat no fruit or vegetables- except for french fried potatoes. Every time I have been able to get him to even try a new food, he gags and spits it right out. This problem is compounded by the fact that he has terrible constipation and often defecates in his pants. I have been to see a regular and pediatric gastroenterologist and have spoken with his pediatric neurologist, pediatrician and therapist about this problem, all to no avail. Do you have any suggestions for treatment? Are there any specialists dealing with this? As I understand it, often children with these disorders are sensitive to food textures, etc. Although this has been going on for many years, it has become particularly bothersome to me as he will be turning 13 this week. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
