get a stretch and strengthen program from your athletic therapist. find someone to tape your foot before all practises and games...a simple basket weave might do the trick...you can buy some over the counter dr scholls insoles that may help...but try them walking around to and from class first before you go to practise...keep up the ice post activity...get some deep friction massage from someone who is experienced...it should really HURT...in order to break down the scar tissue...if it persists more that 3 months in a row...i would strongly recommend custom made orthotics with a deep heel cup. your athletic therapist should be able to give you all the details. good luck! play hard!
