My daughter is 8 years old and has had night terrors for many years, I have no idea what causes them but would love to find out how to help her through it. It gets pretty stressful sometimes when she wakes up screaming all through the house. I never heard of night terrors before but I found out that is what she is having. Does anyone know what causes this and what I can do to stop it if anything. Thank you.
