I've had the needles in the cysts on my face, this worked on the ones I had but did nothing for the new ones. I was afraid to take the acutane because of side effects. I saw a commercial for pro active. I figured I had nothing to loose and sent for a 2 mths supply. Things got a little worse before they got better. It's not a cure but may help. If I get lazy and don't wash my face at night the cysts come back. When I stick with it my face is clear. It helped me maybe it will help you too. P.S. I haven't been to the dermatoligist in two years.
