I've been diagnosed with piriformis syn-drome very recently. I've been taking physical theraphy--ultrasound treatments. The doctor has said he can give my a cortisone shot in the muscle if the condition does not get better. I was not aware of the operation for tendon release. Could you provide information to me. I do not do exercises am at a loss as to who I irritated this muscle. Would like to hear more about your condition.
