hey matt. im 14 and i know what your going through but seriously dont take acutane the side affects are not worth it, i suggest that you look it up on the net and find out what your getting yourself into. Go to your doctor, rite now what has been working for me are these pills. YOu take two in the morning and two at nite and there are no side effects. Its called tetracycline. It works so well. My face is almost completely cleared up except for the occasional break out which usually happens when im stressing. So there are other options through perscription that will solve your problem without making you uncomfortable in the mean time. And about ur back, find a body wash from clean and clear and get a back scrubber within a week of scrubbing it every day itll be noticably better. I hope this helps you.
