Hi, Have your thyroid checked again. My TSH was 1.46, yet I have Hashimotos and started taking thyroid pills. In a month, I have lost 10 lbs., my hair is not falling out as much and my skin is not as dry. I had to have an ANTIBODIES test done--2 of them--and a sonogram to get diagnosed, as it is supposed to be in an early stage. Thyroid problems can cause fatigue, depression, dry skin, hair fall out--any combination of these--it is different for many people. Is hard to get diagnosed, as many doc tors think you have to have very high TSH first, but that is not so. Check out this website: www.thyroid.about.com Good luck. Eileen.
