I have have had hemolyetic anemia for several years now with only a slight anemia. However recently, doctors have noticed a significient drop in hemocrit that they say has nothing to do with the hemolyetic anemia. They say that now my red blood cells are dying to quickly. What is this called? I have had severe fatigue since a serious bout of encelephitis a few years ago. Doctors say that they would not treat it yet, they just say to go home and they will let me know when and how... I have been so sick for so long now,.... I don;t know what questions to ask... or if I should push them for more options..I don't know.. any support of advice would be appreciated! (please forgive spelling)
