Try AVENO soap and itch relief. Psoriasis was all in the palms of my hand and on the back of my hands. My physician suggested I use only AVENO. It has really helped me. Give it a try maybe it can help you. AVENO can be found in your local store, look in the cosmetic section which has special soaps and so forth. Let me know if it helps.
