I read if you have IBS to eat a diet high in protien. I have IBS but I have not done the diet so I don't know if it works. I also was dig. with IC and about a year the was dig. with IB. I just have the urge to go to the bathroom often. I do not have dia. I have alot of stomach cramps. I try to watch what I eat because of the IC but it is very hard to stay on two diets. Sorry I wasn't more help. Peggy
